About ME

My career in behavioral healthcare began in 1996, when a volunteer summer internship led me down a path I'm honored to travel along to this day. I’ve dedicated my life and career to working in our community, helping others in a variety of capacities. 

Technically, I first began working with clients when I was a teenager - volunteering in my small community helping seniors, children, and families - by volunteering at my local hospital, senior center, and school. 

Counseling and coaching have always been the foundation of my career, but I have experience in a number of areas: Clinical & fiscal operations; auditing, contract management, & monitoring; substance abuse prevention, intervention & treatment; training, development, & clinical supervision; public policy & advocacy; grant writing; consulting; program development evaluation; and, higher education.
