My building is located in Victoria Park (adjacent to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, north of the Las Olas Shoppes) on the corner of Broward Blvd. & NE 8th Ave., one block east of Federal Highway (US-1). The building's driveway is located on NE 8th Ave.

• From I-95, exit at Broward Blvd.
• Go East on Broward Blvd. 
• As you approach Downtown Fort Lauderdale, stay in your right lane. 
• Cross Federal Highway (US-1) and the right lane will convert to a right turn only lane, veering you onto SE 8th Ave. 
• Immediately as you turn right on SE 8th Ave., you'll see the Cumberland Building on the SE corner of Broward & 8th., your left side.
• Turn left into the Cumberland Building driveway (there is an entrance and a separate exit) and follow the signs to either park in the North or South parking lots. You can park anywhere you like. 
• My office is located on the 6th Floor, Ste. 606.
